Mr. Wolper practices in the firm’s securities litigation and regulatory practice group and is based in our Florida office. He represents financial institutions, broker-dealers and investment advisers in securities litigation and arbitration. In his representation of clients, Mr. Wolper has appeared before both federal and state courts as well as before self-regulatory organizations. He has defended cases involving a wide range of issues and products. Among his areas of focus is the expanding industry of alternative investments, including hedge funds. Additionally, Mr. Wolper has experience in commercial and employment litigation matters. While in law school, he was a member of the Nova Law Review. |
