When Netscape went public and launched the Internet boom, Matt experienced an awakening of his entrepreneurial spirit. At the time, he was with Arthur Anderson and had climbed up the corporate ladder to Senior Business Consultant. He oversaw multi-million dollar accounts and saw hundreds of jobs refused based on size. Founding Switchfast was Matt's opportunity to connect with smaller clients and provide a level of IT services typically available only to larger corporations. Since the company’s inception in 2000, Matt has built strong, long-term client relationships grounded in efficiency, trust and honesty. He's had a host of success stories, among which is Assurance Agency in Schaumburg. When Matt met with Assurance, the insurance company had 65 people and no IT strategy. Inherently, Matt knew the agency's IT needs, but made time to understand its industry. Three years and a Switchfast partnership later, Assurance is flourishing with its new IT/ management infrastructures and has grown into a tough competitor with 160 users. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame. He actively supports Chicago Cares, a local charitable organization. |
