Matthew Oster is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. As a member of the Trial Department, Matt focuses his practice on health care litigation, complex litigation, business torts, unfair competition, trade secret, professional liability and employment matters.
Matt also has considerable experience assisting on appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the California Courts of Appeals.
Matt is licensed to practice in California and before the U.S. District Courts in the Central, Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of California.
