Mr. Lipton has over 17 years experience in business development, business law and healthcare. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lipton served in a number of management roles for a variety of health care related companies, including serving as COO and General Counsel of Zengen, Inc., a drug discovery company and Vice President of Sales for Innozen, Inc., a consumer health care products company. Additionally, Mr. Lipton served as President of DreamBrands, Inc., a consumer products company. Mr. Lipton also has held positions with several law firms as a health care attorney, representing health care providers in a variety of types of transactions. Mr. Lipton’s education includes a B.A. in Psychology from the Johns Hopkins University and a J.D. from Southern Methodist University, and he is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas. |
