Mr. LeBaron is a Managing Director at American Securities Capital Partners and joined the firm in 1999 after completing his MBA. Previously, Mr. LeBaron was a private equity investor at Bain Capital, Inc. and a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. During business school, Mr. LeBaron helped establish ICV Partners, a fund affiliated with ASCP. Mr. LeBaron is Chairman of the Board of United Central Industrial Supply Company, LLC and Lakeside Energy, LLC and is a director of Oreck Manufacturing Company. He received a BA magna cum laude in Economics from Amherst College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. |
