Matt Bordwin joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2007. He serves as a Managing Director and Co-Group Head of the Real Estate Services team, focusing on acquisitions, development, and dispositions of real estate portfolios for healthy and distressed companies.
Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Matt was Executive Vice President at Keen Consultants where he worked for 11 years. He specializes in the valuation, marketing, and disposition of real estate assets. His negotiations and sales techniques have resulted in multi-million dollar transactions with clients such as Huffman Koos, Arthur Andersen, Fruit of the Loom, and Montgomery Ward. With his extensive real estate experience, Matt is a frequent speaker on industry topics, has written an article published in Real Estate Weekly, as well as been featured in Fortune magazine.
Matthew holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in New York, New York, and a B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts. |
