Matthew Andrews is a Partner with CTPartners, a premier executive search firm committed to performance, quality and results. As a member of the firm’s Financial Services Practice, Matthew’s focus is serving clients in the insurance industry. Drawing on over 20 years as an insurance industry and search professional, Matthew has a close understanding of the issues facing leaders in all sectors of the global insurance industry. He has completed assignments for CEOs, CFOs, COOs, senior directors, as well as other senior functional and technical roles and has worked on numerous board level appointments. Matthew also specializes in assignments where financial services and insurance converge. Matthew’s search career has been devoted to serving the insurance industry since 1987, having formerly gained industry experience as a broker in the Lloyd’s insurance market as a reinsurance broker with Jardine Thompson Graham. After establishing the insurance practice for a financial services search firm, Matthew co-founded DDA Limited, a boutique international insurance search firm. He led the company’s London-based insurance practice developing a reputation in particular for handling international and cross-border assignments. In 2000, Matthew joined Korn/Ferry International as a Senior Client Partner with leadership responsibility for its UK Insurance Practice and European Insurance Practice. In this capacity he also worked on a number of global projects. He chaired Korn/Ferry’s European Promotions Committee and was a member of its Integrated Services Board, monitoring the growth and development of its largest global accounts. He was actively involved in working with its Leadership Development Solutions business. A Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, Matthew received an M.A. degree from Durham University. He is a member of the European Government Business Relations Council. He is based in the firm’s London office. |
