Mr. Campbell's practice focuses on areas of real estate, municipal law and probate.
Experience
Mr. Campbell has represented various entities and individuals in a variety of zoning matters, as well as representing both buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Campbell has served as general counsel for various units of local government including park districts, forest preserve districts, townships and cities. In this capacity Mr. Campbell has overseen the purchase of real and personal property, the granting of licenses and easements, the contracting for professional services, eminent domain litigation and personnel issues.
Mr. Campbell has represented individuals in guardianship estates and represented heirs, administrators and executors in probate estates throughout Illinois. Mr. Campbell has taken part in probate litigation including trust and will contest.
