Matt Wagman uses his product liability and toxic tort experience to provide mass tort litigation representation and risk management counsel for a wide range of manufacturing, real estate and other corporate clients. He regularly defends product manufacturers in mass tort cases at the trial and appellate level in cases alleging illness from occupational exposure to asbestos, silica, vinyl chloride, benzene, hazardous chemicals and other allegedly toxic substances covered by OSHA and EPA regulations. Mr. Wagman also uses his business litigation experience to provide representation to financial institutions in all levels of consumer credit card disputes ranging from state and federal lawsuits, class action litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. His experience also includes insurance coverage litigation - representing policyholders (including a number of large publicly traded and privately held companies) in insurance coverage and/or insurance-related disputes arising out of a variety of insurance policies. Mr. Wagman also has experience handling commercial disputes and premises liability cases on both the local and national level. In addition to his litigation experience, he represents clients in regulatory matters before the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
