Matthew T. Russell joined the Woodway Financial Advisors staff as a Certified Financial Planner with thirteen years' experience in the fee-only financial planning and investment industries. As a proven financial professional, Mr. Russell brings a demonstrated ability to plan and achieve client financial goals. With his complimentary institutional investment qualifications added to the financial planning team, client relationships are expected to profit from enhanced services and support. Mr. Russell is an active member of the Financial Planning Association of Houston. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University, where he focused his time and talents on Financial Planning and Counseling. He presently facilitates a Financial Peace University program, which empowers and teaches participants how to make the right monetary decisions. The Russell family includes his wife and three daughters. He devotes time to his church and serves on the Weekday Ministry Council plus volunteer work in many parent/child programs and organizations.
