Matthew T. Klein
Profile : Matthew Klein is an associate in the Environmental Law Group. His practice concentrates on representing clients involved in administrative, civil and criminal environmental enforcement proceedings, environmental litigation, permitting, Brownfield re-development and environmental aspects of real estate transactions. Prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Mr. Klein served as assistant commissioner for compliance and enforcement for the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) where he oversaw the development, issuance and resolution of administrative and civil enforcement actions. Mr. Klein is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana, is a Registered Indiana Civil Mediator and is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager.
