Matt's principal areas of practice are commercial litigation and government relations.
Before coming to Brennan, Manna & Diamond, Matt served four years in the United States Navy onboard the USS John F. Kennedy working with Flight Deck Ordinance. After leaving the Navy, Matt obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in political science and in history from the University of North Florida, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
While at UNF, Matt managed and served as campaign treasurer/manager for Reggie Fullwood’s Jacksonville City Council campaign, helping to elect the youngest elected official in the State of Florida. Matt went onto serve Councilman Fullwood in the Jacksonville City Council for five years and successfully managed his reelection campaign in 2003.
While in Law School, Matt was a member of the Florida Coastal Moot Court Program competing and placing in several national competitions.
