Experience:
Matthew T. Adams is of counsel in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office. He is a member of the Firm’s Tax Department, where his practice focuses on inbound and outbound international tax matters. He has extensive experience in Section 482 transfer pricing in planning, compliance and controversy contexts.
In addition to his prior experience as a partner in two Washington law firms and a major international accounting firm, Matt was an attorney with the Office of Tax Legislative Counsel, U.S. Treasury Department, from 1967 to 1969.
He was an editor of the Yale Law Journal at Yale Law School.
