Matthew R. Macaluso
Profile : Matt Macaluso is a partner in the Business Services and Financial Institutions Groups. He advises all types of businesses, including banks, emerging growth companies, and sports and motorsports businesses with regulatory and transactional matters. He earned his juris doctorate, cum laude, from the Valparaiso University School of Law. Mr. Macaluso worked as a Merchandiser in the Soy Processing Division of Archer Daniels Midland Co. and as a Grain Merchandiser in the ADM/Growmark Division of Archer Daniels Midland Co. prior to pursuing his law degree. He also served as an adjunct professor at the Valparaiso University College of Business Administration for one year, teaching a class on business law. He clerked at a law firm in Portage, Indiana for three years, served as an extern at the NASD Dispute Resolution, Inc. in Chicago, Illinois, and participated in various other internships related to law, including a summer associate position with Bose McKinney & Evans. Mr. Macaluso is an active civic leader and served as the Best Buddies Indiana Advisory Board from 2003-2007.
