Matthew joined ELA Group, Inc., in January 1997 as a Project Manager. His responsibilities include project management/coordination, preparation of all aspects of Land Development and Subdivision Plans, Erosion and Sediment Control Plans, Landscaping Plans, Master Planning, Due Diligence, Construction and Bidding Documents, construction administration and observation and client representation.
In August of 2000, Matthew assumed the duties of Office Manager at the Central Pennsylvania Regional Office of ELA Group, Inc.

Interests: Matt enjoys spending time with his family, doing house renovation projects for family and friends, helping with his children’s school activities, and outdoor recreational activities such as camping and four-wheeling.
