Matthew Posey practices in the Corporate Practice Group in the St. Louis, Missouri office of Husch & Eppenberger, LLC.
Matt represents clients ranging from closely held businesses to large publicly traded companies. Specifically, he assists clients with entity selection and formation, acquisitions, mergers, and preparation of documents relating to public securities offerings and periodic securities filings. Matt also provides on-going advice and counsel on day-to-day operational, business and legal issues.
While in law schoool, Matt was a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Raymond W. Gruender, United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to entering law school, Matt was a Senior Account Executive with a finance corporation and a Senior Loan Officer with a mortgage company.
