Mr. McClure plans and directs all aspects of Website Pros' legal affairs and provides hands-on counsel to all levels of executive staff. Prior to joining the company, Mr. McClure was the Senior Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Direct General Corporation and focused on SEC reporting and regulatory compliance. Prior to Direct General, Mr. McClure served in numerous roles at The Seibels Bruce Group, Inc., including Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Prior to Seibels Bruce, Mr. McClure was Manager of Financial Planning with Air South Airlines, Inc. Mr. McClure holds a B.S. in management from Clemson University and a Juris Doctorate and MBA from the University of South Carolina. |
