Matthew's practice focuses on general business transactions with an emphasis on banking, real estate, and energy-related transactions on a national and international basis. He has worked with international real estate, wind/alternative energy and oil and gas research. Matthew's experience also includes due diligence, negotiating and drafting documentation for general commercial real estate development, as well as reserve-based oil and gas exploration and production loans.
