Matthew N. Fiorovanti Associate Mr. Fiorovanti concentrates his practice on civil litigation pertaining to real estate development, contract, transactional and corporate disputes. He also counsels clients in the formation and organization of a business or professional practice, including corporations, general partnerships, limited partnerships, and limited liability companies. In addition, he provides business planning advice, including the preparation of shareholders' agreements for new and existing owners of corporations and advises clients regarding ongoing business affairs, including contract review.
