Mr. Evans’ practice emphasis is construction litigation and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Evans has defended corporations, partnerships, and individuals in a variety of construction matters. His approach to resolving business disputes is to seek quick resolution, often through aggressive position of case issues. Mr. Evans has extensive courtroom, arbitration and trial experience. Among other things, Mr. Evans has experience in defending clients against allegations of professional negligence. He has also been involved in a number of commercial construction litigation matters involving defect, lien and payment claims. Mr. Evans was formerly a partner with Holme Roberts & Owen, a Denver based law firm with over 200 attorneys. Mr. Evans has been voted by his peers throughout the state as one of Utah’s Legal Elite in the area of Litigation (as published in Utah Business Magazine) and is an AV rated lawyer by Martindale Hubble. |
