Matthew M. Wolf received his undergraduate degree from the University of Denison in 1997. He graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law, with a concentration in finance transactions. While at the University at Buffalo, Mr. Wolf was the Articles Editor of the Law Review and the Vice-President of the Moot Court Board. Upon graduation, he was inducted into the Order of the Barristers for exhibiting excellence in oral advocacy. His practice emphasizes commercial, employment and securities litigation. Mr. Wolf is licensed to practice in the States of Colorado and New York, United States Court of Appeals,10th Circuit, United States Court of Appeals, 8th Circuit and is a member of the Colorado, Denver and American Bar Associations.
