Matthew M. Keil is a Vice President in the Operational Strategy & Performance Improvement Group. Matt brings to our firm extensive knowledge in business and operations management. Matthew has over 10 years of experience in the launching of new modular automotive assembly plants, proposal building and budgeting. He has been the launch manager for several tier 1 Assembly integrators supplying to GM, Ford, Honda, International Truck, Toyota, and Chrysler. He has managed the launches of over 10 manufacturing plants ranging from engine cradles, rear suspensions, front suspensions, engine dress, door panels, tire/wheel assembly, instrument panels, injection moldings, and stampings. Matthew has a very strong background in tooling and capital procurement. He has provided fair market value analysis of tooling and capital equipment to multiple automotive companies and financial institutions. He consults companies on how to improve cash flow and quality through effective tool purchasing practices. Matthew s core disciplines lie in problem solving, launch management, engineering project planning, crisis management, team building, and issue resolution. Prior to joining our firm, Matthew was President and CEO of AILS Corporation for 9 years, where he oversaw sales, operations, IT, and business development. In addition, he was a consultant to over 20 Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies on cost estimating, proposal building, operational performance improvement, program management systems, and crisis solutions. Before his founding role in AILS, Matthew was at Shiloh Industries, where he last served as a Program Manager. |
