Mr. Klutznick joined Carpenter & Company in 1994 as General Manager of Wheaton Town Square. In 1996, Mr. Klutznick was appointed General Manager of Princeton MarketFair and spearheaded the redevelopment of the 240,000 sq ft specialty center. In 2003, Mr. Klutznick was named Vice President of Operations and is currently leading the redevelopment of the 225,000 sq ft. specialty center Worthington Square. Prior to joining Carpenter in 1994, Mr. Klutznick managed Regional Malls for Equity Properties & Development Co., Homart Development Co. and JMB/Urban Properties. Mr. Klutznick also served as the Director of Retail Operations for Unison-Maximus. During his tenure as Director of Retail Operations, Mr. Klutznick was responsible for all retail operations at O’Hare International and Midway airports and earned recognition for Best Concessions program at O’Hare International and Best Redevelopment at Midway airport from Airport Retail News. In 1988 Mr. Klutznick received a B.A. in Business Administration, with an emphasis in shopping center management, from Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri. |
