Matthew J. Zolnowski is Executive Vice President and Chief Administration Officer. He was appointed to this position in September 2002.
Since joining Oshkosh Truck in January 1992 as Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development, Zolnowski has assumed responsibility for all administrative functions of the company including: corporate marketing, communications, human resources, labor relations, employee benefits administration, compensation, facilities, workers compensation, travel, and aviation.
Zolnowski also serves the company as a trustee of the Oshkosh Truck Foundation, trustee and chairman of the U.K. pension fund, internally on the Oshkosh Truck Corporation Investment Committee, and on the Board of Directors of Pierce Manufacturing Inc. and McNeilus Companies, Inc.
Zolnowski has over 20 years of business experience in positions of increasing responsibility in Fortune 100 companies. He has held various staff positions with Occidental Petroleum Corporation (1981 - 1982), the Frito-Lay, Inc., division of PepsiCo, Inc., (1982-1991) and Rexene Products Company, located in Dallas, Texas (1991-1992).
Zolnowski holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the State University of New York - Buffalo. |
