Successfully defended soils engineer against claims by a developer relating to the alleged improper installation and compaction of a residential sanitary sewer system.

Represented numerous general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and owners, in connection with mechanics' liens, stop notices, payment bond, extra work and delay claims.

Drafted and negotiated contracts on behalf of owners, general contractors, and subcontractors for residential, commercial, and public works projects.

Outside general counsel to multiple general contractors, and subcontractors, including general contractors with a multi state presence.

Prosecuted and collected millions of dollars in claims on behalf of general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and design professionals.

Successfully defended apartment complex developer against multiple claims from subcontractors and material suppliers after the client's apartment complex was destroyed by arson.

Assisted in the successful defense of a geotechnical engineer from claims of professional negligence relating to engineer's alleged defective soil report.

Successfully defended national restaurant chain against multiple mechanics' lien claims after the client's general contractor filed for bankruptcy protection.

Assisted in the successful defense of a general contractor against claims by residential developer for delay damages.

Successfully defended general contractor against property damage claims of project owner after the building being rehabbed by general contractor collapsed.

Represented residential developer in a dispute with developer's tile subcontractor relating to subcontractor‘s defective work, resulted in a settlement favorable to developer.
