Matt focuses his legal practice on securities and capital markets. He primarily represents issuers and underwriters in public and private equity and debt offerings. In addition, Matt advises public companies on corporate governance and compliance issues related to SEC, NYSE and NASD rules and regulations, and counsels corporate clients regarding mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
Matt is a member of the American and Ohio Bar Associations. He was an attorney with Seeley, Savidge & Ebert Co., LPA before joining Calfee in 2006. |
