J. Matthew Horgan is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He is co chair of the firm’s Medical Malpractice Defense Group and concentrates his practice in the areas of Health Law and Insurance Law, with an emphasis in Captive Formation and Management. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Horgan worked as a law clerk in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Mr. Horgan is an honors graduate from Carnegie Mellon University. He received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1997, where he graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. While in law school, Mr. Horgan served as a member of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. |
