Drafted a wide range of agreements for the largest sportswear supplier in the world, including a joint retail business venture, trademark and other intellectual property licenses, sponsorship agreements, liability waivers and participant consent forms, vendor agreements, and non-disclosures.
Assisted drafting of contracts for a major cable television sports network, including telecast rights, licensing, and production agreements. Prepared executive contract summaries.
Assisted with successful arbitration before an NFL Players Association arbitrator. Analyzed professional football contracts and player salary structures for contract negotiations.
