Matthew D. Kyle is Director Business Operations Support for AEP Ohio which serves over 1.4 million customers in Ohio and Wheeling West Virginia. He is responsible for financial planning and performance and coordination with other AEP organizations that impact operating company results.
Before joining AEP Ohio Kyle was Director Commercial Analysis where he was primarily responsible for project management of major transactions including the divestiture of non-core assets.
Previously Kyle was Manager Strategic Planning where he coordinated strategic business initiatives and performed the role of project manager of several integration activities in the US and abroad. In addition he played a significant role in the transaction and transition efforts of the AEP-CSW merger.
Kyle joined AEP in 1990 as an analyst in the Corporate Planning and Budgeting group. Prior to joining AEP he worked in the audit division of Arthur Andersen LLP.
He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Dayton in 1986 and a master’s degree in business administration from Capital University in 1993. He completed the AEP OSU Management Development Program in 1997.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Saint Vincent Family Centers a provider of specialized behavioral health treatment services to children and families. |
