Mr. Hutton is responsible for all firm research covering insurance industry trends and market conditions. Additionally, he is an accomplished expert at identifying viable buyers or sellers who meet the objectives of our M&A clients.Matt is also responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data and building financial models. His expertise includes performing valuation analyses, drafting information memorandums, and providing valuable support during the transaction process.He is a member of the Society of Insurance Research and is the primary contributor of content to the firm’s monthly publication, Insurance Industry Spotlight. He also plays an essential role in the preparation of the firm’s presentations and newsletters.Prior to joining LMC in May 2004, Matt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Pre-Law from Queens University. |
