Mr. Loftus is an associate in the Business and Finance Department of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. Mr. Loftus attended Miami University, where he earned his undergraduate degree in finance from the Richard T. Farmer School of Business Administration. He received an MBA degree, with a concentration in investment finance, from the Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, as well as his law degree from Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University. In law school he was a member of the Law Review and graduated cum laude and Order of the Coif. He concentrates his practice on all aspects of assisting entrepreneurial businesses in their formation and growth, as well as having significant experience in mergers & acquisitions, institutional finance and private equity (both issuer and investor side) transactions.
