MATTHEW B. DICKERSON, CRP Chief Innovation Officer As Chief Innovation Officer, Matt Dickerson serves as executive leader of MSI’s technology team and directs the company’s quality assurance and process improvement initiatives.Dickerson has more than 12 years of senior-level information technology, quality and client integration expertise. Before joining MSI, he served as SIRVA, Inc.’s Vice President of Client Technologies, where he was responsible for all client-facing technologies within the company and managed the company’s IT professionals throughout the US and the UK. He designed and deployed the company’s global customer relationship management (CRM) solution and led numerous initiatives to support its business development and operations functions.Previously at SIRVA, Dickerson served as Director of e-Commerce, Director of Information Technology and Senior Systems Analyst. Earlier in his career, Dickerson held information technology roles at Ernst & Young, LLP and American Greetings in Cleveland. He was also an Evening Adjunct Professor at Bryant & Stratton College and a Weekend Continuing Education Professor at Cuyahoga Community College, both in Cleveland.Dickerson is a Six Sigma Green Belt, a certified e-commerce consultant and a certified Internet webmaster associate. He has spoken on data security and relocation service technologies at numerous conferences, and has written several articles on relocation technology for Mobility magazine. A Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Dickerson received Worldwide ERC©’s (Employee Relocation Council) 2007 Meritorious Service Award. He served on ERC’s 2006 Global Workforce Symposium planning committee as well as ERC’s Unique Property Database and eSolutions Think Tank committees. Dickerson holds a B.S. in Information Systems from Cleveland State University and is currently pursuing graduate studies in Information Systems. |
