Experience:
Matthew A. Wieland represents leading financial institutions, real estate developers and owners, internet and other e-commerce related businesses, and other corporate owners and users of real estate facilities. Mr. Wieland has represented property owners and tenants in some of the largest leasing transactions in the metropolitan area and around the country, including representing an owner/developer in the largest lease of office space (1,600,000 square feet) in New York City in the 1990's.
He has extensive experience in representing financial institutions, owners and developers in all types and in all aspects of real estate financings, acquisitions, acquisitions and redevelopments. In particular, his experience includes all varieties of commercial real estate loans, including construction loans, mini-perm loans, and permanent loans involving all kinds of properties such as shopping centers, hotels, office buildings, warehouses, residential, and condominium projects in the tri-state New York metropolitan area and throughout the rest of the country as well as contracts of sale, sale leaseback agreements, building access agreements and all other types of agreements affecting real estate.
Mr. Wieland has extensive experience representing internet companies and other businesses in developing and implementing e-commerce strategies and solutions for their various real estate facilities, whether owned or occupied.
