Mr. Waxelbaum is responsible for providing Legend’s sales and trading team with SPAC reporting and analysis. He is the author of SPAC UNIVERSE. His reporting is received by many institutional investors and SPAC managers upon their request. Mr. Waxelbaum has worked in finance since 2002, when he started his career with the retail group at Morgan Stanley in Fort Lauderdale. He later joined the Institutional Sales and Banking team at Newbridge Securities. Mr. Waxelbaum earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida. While there, he was awarded an academic scholarship from the State of Florida for outstanding academic performance. Mr. Waxelbaum holds Series 7 and 66 Registrations. |
