Matthew A. Lipman practices in the areas of civil litigation and business and real estate transactions.
He focuses on all aspects of litigation including commercial, construction, surety, personal injury, employment and collections. Matt also drafts and negotiates real estate and business contracts.
Matt is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Rutgers - Camden School of Law. While in law school, Matt worked as a law clerk for Monteverde, McAlee & Hurd, which merged with MDM&C in 2006. Matt is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. He also is admitted to the following federal courts: Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Middle District of Pennsylvania, Western District of Pennsylvania, and the District of New Jersey.
Matt recently spoke at a Continuing Legal Education seminar on the topic of Surety Process in Pennsylvania. Matt has co-authored materials for several other seminars including Advanced Issues in Pennsylvania Construction Law and Pennsylvania Construction Law: What do you do When. . .? |
