Matthew A. Anderson’s primary focus is on real estate litigation and title insurance issues. Matthew’s substantial experience includes acquisition and development of real estate, leasing, title litigation, mechanic’s liens, mortgage foreclosures, redemptions, zoning and land use disputes. He represents his clients in state district courts throughout Minnesota, the Minnesota Court of Appeals, the Minnesota Supreme Court, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. Matthew’s clients include title insurance companies, national lenders, community banks, retailers, developers and a variety of closely-held businesses. Matthew serves them by achieving cost effective solutions to their legal issues, with adept handling of complex, detail-intensive matters.Matthew received his B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota in 1995 and his J.D. cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1998. |
