Before joining the Firm, Matt was a Consultant within the Board Services Practice of Russell Reynolds Associates. Based in Chicago, he was responsible for research support and search execution for nearly every U.S. Board search for the Firm. Matt also conducted board composition analyses and compensation surveys and wrote corporate governance related white papers.
Prior to Russell Reynolds Associates, Matt was a Senior Associate and Head of Research and Knowledge Management at Korn/Ferry International in New York. He was responsible for the Research and Knowledge Management functions of the Global Board Services Practice and for the Chief Executive Officer Practice. Matt joined Korn/Ferry as a Consultant in August 2001 and was quickly named Senior Associate in February 2002.
Prior to Korn/Ferry, Matt held the roles of Research Director for Nordeman Grimm in New York, Director of Online Recruiting and Research at Execu-Search.com, also in New York, Manager of Recruiting Research and Internet Recruiting for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Matt has a B.A. in History from Elmhurst College and an M.S. in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign. |
