A native of Pittsburgh, Matt McDowell joined CardinalCommerce in 2006. Mr. McDowell’s role includes managing Cardinal's Merchant Sales Organization, as well as relationships with key partners including banks, software platforms, processors and payment brands.Mr. McDowell's previous employment included thirteen years at SIRVA, Inc. (NYSE: SIR). SIRVA, a publicly traded employee relocation services firm is headquartered in Chicago, IL. His roles at SIRVA included Director of Relocation Operations, where annual revenues tripled in three years under his leadership.At SIRVA, Mr. McDowell was appointed Vice President of Sales in July of 1999 and Vice President, National Sales Manager in 2003. His direct sales involvement accounted for 24% of the annual revenues of SIRVA's Relocation Services Division, a 1.2 billion dollar arm of SIRVA. He has worked with many Fortune 500 customers, including 3M, Deutsche Bank, KPMG, HSBC and National City Bank. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Ohio University, graduating summa cum laude. |
