Matt McCallum specializes in retained executive search for a variety of industries. A graduate of Augustana College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business, he is currently completing his Masters of Business Administration at the University of Iowa. Prior to employment with Management Resource Group, Matt worked for a fraternal life insurance company as the Manager of Field Operations. In that capacity, he was responsible for the daily operation of the organization's sales force and the internal support departments.
