Matt spearheads BBK Worldwide's business development and strategic services group, with a focus on global operations. In addition to his work developing new business relationships, he draws on 10 years of experience in patient recruitment to set the strategies that guide the implementation and creative direction of BBK's patient recruitment and retention campaigns. His work encompass market research, investigative site selection, site assessment, and enrollment feasibility planning. Matt is frequently published in key international industry publications, including European Pharmaceutical Executive, Good Clinical Practice Journal, and PharmaVOICE. Matt is also a regular guest speaker at global forums on patient recruitment and healthcare conferences that are sponsored by such groups as Marcus Evans, the Drug Information Association, and the SMi Group, among others. In July 2006, Matt was recognized by PharmaVOICE as one of the 100 most inspiring people in the life-sciences industry. In prior positions at BBK, Matt contributed to the evolution of BBK's sophisticated metrics and evaluation services for monitoring and evaluating real-time enrollment data supporting client campaign resource allocation decisions. He also played a major role in the development of the TCN e-SystemsSM platform, BBK's robust, Web-based, e-business solution for streamlining clinical study patient recruitment. Matt received his undergraduate degree from the University of Swansea in the United Kingdom, with a double major in American studies and sociology. A citizen of the United Kingdom, he relocated to the United States and received his master's degree in business administration from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is a member of the Drug Information Association. |
