Matt manages VisionFoundry’s project management (PM) team and also provides strategic project direction. His disciplined and structured approach to PM with the support of the highly skilled, talented and motivated VisionFoundry team was instrumental in the deployment of a business services portal that has become a benchmark of excellence. With over 17 years experience in project management and business strategy Matt’s CV includes postings at Woodworker’s Supply, Inc., WMH Tool Group, Hanley Wood LLC, and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), either as a team member or an independent consultant. He has managed teams responsible for numerous successful direct marketing, e-commerce and product development projects. As Director of Product Management at High Branch Software he provided strategic direction in the development of e-commerce software and led key e-commerce initiatives for clients including Valin Corporation, Yves Rocher, and ASTD. Matt has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of New Mexico. |
