In his role as senior vice president of Global Services for Sonus Networks, Matt Dillon is responsible for all customer service functions, including TAC and field support as well as the network design, performance analysis, technical publications and technical training teams. Prior to joining Sonus in 2001, Mr. Dillon was a founding member of Boston Technology (later purchased by Comverse) which created the de-facto standard in scalable central office based voicemail platforms for Bell Atlantic in the mid 80s. Initially responsible for alpha product platform design, deployment and support, over the next 14 years Mr. Dillon focused on support initiatives for the expanding customer base of RBOC and Global Service providers across the US, EMEA and Asia-Pacific. Mr. Dillon started his communications career at Fisk Telephone (later purchased by Centel) as a field engineer and over the years transitioned through a variety of positions including Contracts Manager, Branch Service Manager and Regional Operations Director. Matt’s 26+ years in customer facing leadership positions make him uniquely qualified to spearhead the excellence in service delivery that is demanded by Sonus customers around the world. |
