Matt Berkowitz started with Kenyon & Kenyon as a summer associate in 2004 and returned to work as an Associate in the New York office in the fall of 2005. Since joining the firm Mr. Berkowitz's practice has focused primarily on patent litigation.
Mr. Berkowitz received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University in 2002. During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Berkowitz spent seven months on a co-op with Wyeth-Ayerst Pharmaceuticals in Pearl River, New York. In 2005, Mr. Berkowitz received his J.D., cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law. While in law school, he served as an Articles and Research Editor of the Temple Science, Technology, and Environmental Law Journal. He was also a member of Temple's IP Moot Court Team and participated in the Giles Sutherland Rich National Moot Court Competition. |
