Matt Steiner is a partner in the Cerritos office of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo. Mr. Steiner is a specialist in construction litigation. For over twenty years, he practiced as a part of the firm of Kamine, Steiner & Ungerer. His practice focuses on construction law and public contracts. He represents contractors, subcontractors, school districts, architects, engineers, public entities and special districts. Mr. Steiner handles construction litigation, advises clients in drafting contracts and agreements, and assists in general facilities matters. He has also been a member of the American Arbitration Association's National Panel of Arbitrators since 1990, hearing construction matters in the Los Angeles office of the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Steiner is general counsel for the Southern California Antique Radio Society and the California Council of Parent Participation Nursery Schools.
