Mr. Jarrell is a Shareholder and Director of the firm and is a member of the firm’s Financial Services, Corporate and Litigation Groups. His practice includes commercial credit recovery, workouts, and restructurings sophisticated Chapter 11 issues and litigation, foreclosure, liquidation, secured transactions and consumer recovery and Chapter 7 liquidations. Mr. Jarrell also devotes a significant amount of his practice to counseling companies involved in the transmission and distribution of oil and gas in connection with the negotiation and drafting of leases, farm outs, vendor agreements and other contracts, regulatory matters, land use tension, contract and commercial litigation, and title issues.
Mr. Jarrell is a member of the Board of Directors of Riverview Children’s Center, a non-profit educational institution located in Verona, Pennsylvania dedicated to the education and care of pre-school aged and school-aged children.

Assisted in representation of financial institution in the negotiation, settlement and recovery from parties involved with altered item as well as the negotiation and settlement of related insurance claim in which institution obtained a waiver of subrogation rights under policy and agreement to permit institution to control recovery efforts and share in proceeds to be recovered.
Represented drilling company in connection with negotiations and drafting of long term agreement involving the commitment of up to a dozen drilling rigs to the products exchange use.
