Mathew G. Mulroney, CPA, is a Principal in Tax Services Department at Carlin, Charron & Rosen, LLP. He earned his Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Adelphi University and a Masters of Science degree in Taxation from Northeastern University. Mr. Mulroney has more than 18 years of accounting experience with public and privately held companies, both start-up companies and hi-net-worth individuals. He has previously worked for Price Waterhouse, LLP and Kirkland, Albrecht & Fredrickson. His areas of expertise are centered in tax practice and compliance, specifically in consolidated returns of U.S. and foreign owned companies. He has maintained tax and audit compliance for clients of both single state owned businesses to large corporations with multi-state operations. His industry specialties include manufacturing, technology, service, aviation, construction, automotive, and real estate. Mr. Mulroney is a certified public accountant in Massachusetts and a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPA's, the AICPA, and the Lion's Club International. He has, also, recently become an Adjunct Professor at the Northeastern University. |
