Massimo Trentino is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery Studio Legale Associato, based in its Rome office. He is a member of the Corporate Department where his practice focuses on corporate finance work, including IPOs and bond issues, takeovers mergers and acquisitions, establishment of mutual funds, listing and registration of mutual funds, advising on derivatives and obtaining authorization for and issuing financial products.
He is highly ranked by Chambers Global legal directory as a leading corporate finance lawyer and recommended in the Which Lawyer? Yearbook 2005 as a capital markets lawyer. In addition he is listed in the European Legal 500 as a leading corporate and banking lawyer.
