As Japan Co-President for ProLogis, Mr. Miki is responsible for acquisitions, finance, operations and fund management activities in Japan. Previously, Mr. Miki was Senior Vice President for ProLogis in Japan.
Prior to joining ProLogis in August 2002, Mr. Miki held several key positions within Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., Japan's largest comprehensive real estate group, including his most recent position as Vice President of Mitsui Fudosan Investment Advisors, Inc., where he was responsible for providing real estate investment advice to institutional investors. Joining Mitsui Fudosan in 1987, Mr. Miki also participated in the company's J-REIT Project Team in October 2000 to arrange the financial structure of the first J-REIT in Japan, which listed September 2001 and was sponsored by Mitsui Fudosan. Previously Mr. Miki was Treasurer of Mitsui Fudosan's U.S. operations, based in New York.
Mr. Miki received his Master’s degree from New York University’s Real Estate Institute in 1999, and received his B.A. from Waseda University in 1987. |
