MaryLynn Mango has 10 years of Recruiting experience in the Reinsurance and Insurance industry. Prior to joining Common Agenda, MaryLynn was a recruiter and junior partner with William K. Long Assoc., where she was responsible for recruiting middle and upper management Reinsurance and Insurance positions.After her tenure with William K. Long, MaryLynn left the search and recruiting business to raise her family. While joyfully watching her children grow, MaryLynn spent her free time volunteering with the West Long Branch Education Foundation as President and Treasurer. There she spent countless hours raising money for the West Long Branch school system that provided computers for the classrooms, but underneath it all her enthusiasm and passion for the recruiting business led her to return to the Industry and join Common Agenda.aryLynn lives in Monmouth County, NJ with her husband and two children.
