Ms. Jones is an Associate in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck's Denver office and a member of the Public Finance and Tax groups. Her practice focuses on public and municipal finance and taxation law. Ms. Jones is experienced in a range of public finance matters, including general obligation bond issues, special assessment bond issues, certificated and non-certificated lease purchase transactions, revenue bond issues, refunding bond issues and tax, revenue and bond anticipation note issues. She also has experience assisting with election proceedings, including drafting election questions. Prior to joining Brownstein, Ms. Jones was an associate with Becker Stowe & Bieber, where she also practiced municipal and public finance law. Ms. Jones is a member of the firm's Karma Committee and performs pro bono work for the National Fly Fishing Championship and Fly Fishing Team USA. |
